South Beach Living High Protein Bars
When it comes to on-the-go snack ideas, South Beach Living High Protein bars are definitely a staple in the Tucker household. Not only are they a great snack packed with 10 grams of protein and only 140 calories, but they are an easy quick breakfast option when time gets away from us.
Also noteworthy, they have only have 6 grams of sugar, 25% less than the leading prepackaged bars, and 3 grams of fiber ...helping us to feel full longer.
They come in five delicious flavors. Cinnamon Raisin is my favorite as it tastes like a cinnimon bun to me, and my husband is a huge fan of the peanut butter and chocolate flavor. They also have Cranberry Almond and Maple Nut but I haven't tried those yet.
