Strength Training & Weight lifting Exercises



I love to use new, interesting, yet effective strength training and weight lifting exercises. So, some might be new to you. It also isn't a bad idea to check and make sure you are using proper form in effort to prevent injuries. Proper form also ensures you are getting the most out of each exercise. At the very least, throw in a new move to shock those muscles and keep things interesting.
