In addition to being a registered and licensed dietitian in Cincinnati, Ohio, Lindsey House is also a Certified Personal Trainer and recently teamed up with Sommer at Real Moms Real Fit.

In addition, she has worked at a bariatric clinic in a professional medical office that specializes in the care and treatment of weight loss. So, she knows what she’s doing and she can get you where you need to go. So, go ahead…just ask!

Sommer is the founder and co-owner of Real Moms Real Fit. She is both a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Prenatal and Postnatal Fitness Instructor. She also holds certification in group fitness and indoor cycling.

So much confusion revolves around women and fitness (even more confusion plagues fitness and pregnancy). Don’t let that get in your way!

This forum will serve as a place for you to share your pregnancy journey, creative ideas, recipes, kick butt exercise moves, training schedules, food journals, product reviews, as well as your struggles and your accomplishments.
