I found this super easy Sweet Spicy popcorn recipe in my February Fitness Magazine. They recommended it as a healthy snack for a Super Bowl party. So, I had to give it a try and it definitely was a hit.
3 oz pack of microwave popcorn
1/2 cup grated parmesan
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp crushed red peppers
Pop the popcorn in the microwave according to directions.
Combine all the ingredients (including the popped popcorn) in a large bowl.
Cover with a lid and shake well to coat the popcorn with the other ingredients.
