Need some new fruit recipes? Well, be honest, do you grab the same fruit every time you go to the grocery store? I’m 100% guilty of always picking up a bag of apples and a small bundle of banana’s… oh, and maybe a bag of grapes if I’m really feelin’ crazy.

All fruits are healthy in the right quantity, so even if you’re eating the same fruit daily, at least you’re getting a serving of fruit. However, it’s important to understand that different colors of fruit provide different benefits. Orange colors are typically good for healthy lungs, heart, and eyes. Reds tend to promote good prostate health and serve as an antioxidant.
