Online Personal Training and Nutrition

Having a personal trainer can be invaluable, but I also love the aspect that online personal training and nutrition coaching can bring to the table. I realize that weight loss can be complicated. There is so much involved. Meal planning and workout design can be overwhelming and frustrating.

Even more, research suggests that even just a 15-20 minute chat with a coach each month makes you over 50 percent more likely to lose the weight and keep it off! However, since I have started this site, I have struggled with how to effectively train and help clients that are so far away. People have suggested that I produce workout videos, but realistically, I just don't have the resources. Believe me, I would jump right in your television if I could.

So, I had an idea!

Beachbody Coaching

Like I said before, I gained and astounding 43 lbs with my first pregnancy. With the help of my fitness background, I went back to the basics and slowly but surely, the pounds started to melt off. Still, after almost a year I still wasn't where I wanted to be with regards to my weight loss goals. It was like I hit a never ending plateau.

Around that same time, a neighbor introduced me to P90X. My husband and I decided to take the challenge and we jumped in feet first. The results were awesome! Needless to say, I busted through that plateau and never looked back.

The solution to my problem of effectively helping people with their fitness journey from a distance, had been right in front of my face the whole time. However, it didn't hit me until I was approached and asked to become an Independent Beachbody coach. PERFECT!! No I won't personally be on your television screen (that would be perfect) but I can help you pick the best home fitness program for your goals and coach you through it. We will have all the resources (meal planning, more recipes, grocery list, chat room, nutrition tools, etc) we need to set you up for success and guide you through your fitness and weight loss journey.

My Favorite Part!

Being a mom, I am always trying to find the most time efficient way to get back into those "skinny jeans". I fully understand that there just aren't enough hours in a day. Time seems to be our number one barrier when it comes a fitness program. Beachbody has so many kick butt workouts you can do right in your living room...while the kids are napping! Your calorie count is figured out for you, a meal plan is designed, and you can even have your grocery list printed out for awesome is that! It is so incredibly flexible and tailored to your needs. Essencially, it's a free online personal trainer. Of course, you have to have the program, but you ask as many questions for free.
