Did you know that the Center for Science in the Public Interest ranked sweet potatoes number one for nutrition in the vegetable category. Much of this is due to the fact that they are packed with fiber. Fiber is responsible for making us feel full longer...a weight loss secret. You need 25-35 grams a day, so dig in and leave the skin!
Added bonus...my two year can't stuff them in his mouth fast enough!
