Chocolate Muscle Smoothie Recipe

I made this, what I call the muscle smoothie recipe, up a couple of weeks ago in search of a way to fuel my workouts and keep my metabolism revved up. I use it as my snack once a day around 3 or 4 in the afternoon. I absolutly love it! Not to mention it gives me the boost I need to teach a kick butt bootcamp style class at 5. Enjoy!

Serves 2


  • 2 scoops of chocolate flavor Muscle Milk (you can get it at GNC, and you can get it Lactose Free!)
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2/3 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 16 oz water
  • couple handfuls of ice

Make it

  1. Combine all ingredients into blender.
  2. Blend on high for about 30 seconds or until smooth.
  3. Add more ice if needed
  4. Serve immediately
