French Onion Pork Chop Recipe

My sister recommended this French Onion Pork Chop recipe to me. It is great for those nights when you need something quick and easy. My sister's husband even liked it, and he's the pickiest eater I've ever met!

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 3/4 onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup slice mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup part skim mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups brown rice

Make it

  1. Heat large skillet with cooking spray to medium-high heat.
  2. Add chops and onion, cook 5 minutes, flip, stir and cook 5 more minutes (or til done).
  3. Simultaneously, cook rice as directed.
  4. Stir in worcestershire sauce and mushrooms. Let cook a couple more minutes until mushrooms are tender. Top with cheese and continue to cook until melted.
  5. Serve over rice
