Parmesan-Pepper Sweet Potato Fries Recipe

This Sweet Potato Fries recipe without a doubt will cure your craving for French fries without sabotaging your weight loss efforts. Added bonus, sweet potatoes are an excellent source of vitamin A and vitamin C. Blah, blah, blah...what does that mean to me? That means that sweet potatoes are a powerful source of antioxidants. Antioxidants work to eliminate free radicals which are responsible for heart disease and various cancers.

I found this yummy recipe in The Biggest Loser Cookbook a couple years ago and it has been on my weekly menu ever since. Another Griffin favorite (my 2 year old)...Enjoy!
